On Sunday, June 16, 2024, Kehl Tech sponsored the day of racing at Lebanon Valley Dragway. Due to the rain out the week prior, Curtis Industrial sponsored an additional purse as well as a Memorial for those who have been taken from us due to cancer. As the day was also Father's Day, it was great to see families joined together to enjoy a beautiful day at the race track. In additional to our normal Sunday bracket series, day 2 of the North East Super Street double header was held and the Top Dragster/Top Sportsman series was added to the program as the last scheduled race was rained out.
In Super Pro, Matt Ticcony of Marlboro, NY defeated Sean Foley of Altamont, NY in the final. Frank Berard of Johnsonville, NY and Mike Fitts of Groton, CT finished in the semi-finals.
In Pro Eliminator, Bill Kirpens, Sr. of Pittsfield, MA defeated Paul Scribani of Fultonville, NY in the final. Deanna Brockett of Lebanon, CT finished in the semi-finals.
In Motorcycle/Sled ET, Jeff Tisdale of Glastonbury, CT defeated Matt Gazaille of Putnam, CT in the final. Ben Fish of Averill Park, NY and Francis Supczak of Ware, MA finished in the semi-finals,
In Junior Dragster, Caroline Billetts of Rensselaer, NY defeated Mason Spinelli of Latham, NY. Mick Hawkins of Albany, NY and Dayton Cocchiaro of Wallingford, CT finished in the semi-finals.
Juleyen Laughran-Carter of Bernardson, MA defeated John Couture of Ellington, CT in the final of Junior Street. William Harper of Brimfield, MA finished in the semi-finals.
The final in Open Trrophy saw Dana Stockwell of Canton, CT defeat Missy Billetts of Renssleaer, NY. Michael Dembroski of Spencer, MA finished in the semi-finals.
Mike Fitts of Groton, CT make it a two in a row win when he defeated William Blaker III of New Rochelle, NY in the final of the Northeast Super Street (NESSA) competition after claiming top honors on Saturday. Laura LeQue of Troy, NY finished in the semi-finals.
Grant Nichols of Marlborough, CT defeated Elizabeth Pilbin of Huntington, NY in the final of the Top Dragster/Top Sportsman Competition. Al Owens of Hyde Park, NY finished in the semi-finals.
