Doc Z Shootout in the lanes.
Finalists in the Cruise (Ice Cream) Class- Brian Cotton, winner. Jeff Sias, runner up.

Paul McDermott, winner of Outlaw class.

According to Doc Z, this was his report on the Albany Street Shootout Race.

"Another race in the books…the 12th Albany Street Shootout was a success. We changed things up and had a Run Whatcha Brung Outlaw class which drew some heavy hitters that didn’t have to cruise and there were no rules…well…the small tire cars still prevailed and the entire event was won by a legit Streetcar…Stephen Hall’s badass 67 Nova. He missed a turn on the cruise and ended up going 40 miles…no problem. It was a nice scenic ride. He outran a few heavy hitters including Kyle Beswick wheeling Clubber Lang for an upset and met Pat Terminello in the finals. Pat had a cracked exhaust tube but gave it all he had. Paul McDermott ran through the Outlaw Class taking out a few serious racecars including Alfredo Porfilio’s Balboa and Robert Sarchioto to meet Don Curtis in the finals. Unfortunately Don’s Goldmember Fairmont broke so he couldn’t make the run. The final runoff between Hall and McDermott was one hell of a race. He treed Hall by 0.008 but Hall made up the real estate and won by 0.012. It was a door to door race. Thanks to Lebanon Valley Dragway and Wayne Delmonte for awesome track conditions and great prep…and thanks to all who supported the race…..especially Dan Quinn for organizing and executing the cruise. Till next year."

Steve Hall, winner of Small Tire and winner of the final run off.
