Rain Out Policy

RACE DAYS-

If the first time trial is NOT completed, a full rain check will be honored

If the first time trial IS completed and we are rained out, your stub and wrist band will be worth $35 towards your next entry.

If the second round of time trials are completed and we are rain out then your stub and rain check will be worth $30 towards your next entry.

WEDNESDAY NIGHTS-

If the event is rained out BEFORE 7:30pm, full rain checks will be honored

If the event is rained out AFTER 7:30pm, no rain checks will be honored.

SATURDAY TEST & TUNE-

If the event is rained out BEFORE 12:00 noon; it will be considered a rainout. Your stub and wristband will be honored in full.

If the event is rained out AFTER12:00 noon; no rain checks will be honored.

ALL RAIN CHECKS ARE VALID FOR THIRTY (30) DAYS FOLLOWING THE RAINED OUT EVENT. THEY WILL NOT BE HONORED ANY TIME AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS.
